The bottom line is that you should get on with it and do it!

Do not forget to do your homework and try all the other things we talked about -- It will greatly help. 

 And if you feel something is not exactly as you like, you can also make improvements.  Be sure that the next release of your web site will be better than the previous one.  And each new major version will be a leap forward.
